About us
We are a family run business and it has always been a dream of ours to be able to work with dogs as we are all dog lovers.
We have over 15 years of experience with dogs and currently have two of our own dogs - a Zuchon and a rescued puppy from Romania. They are a big part of our family and we love them very much. Our aim was to start a Dog care business that enabled us to provide the sort of care we would want for our own dogs and so that is how we designed Canine Companions with these principles in mind.

We have taken an industrial unit on Cricket Street Business Park and transformed it into a safe, stimulating , comfortable space for all types of dogs to use all year round.
We have different indoor play and exercise areas and spaces for dogs to rest in between activities.
​
We aim to be a hub for all dog related activities and a source of education for owners new to having a dog in their lives.

“I have two little dogs who can be quite nervous when in new places, especially without me there!
Both of them absolutely love it here, they pull me down the road they are so excited to get inside! They are very well looked after,get loads of cuddles and don't stop playing all day! They come home and sleep like logs. The cutest part is they get a little report card sent home telling me about their day, it's like they have been at school. I cannot recommend the centre enough.
